Zanoza maintains comfortable homes (stand-alone houses and apartments) for students and families who come to Los Angeles to live and study. Whether you are a family or a student agency that is responsible for finding housing, an individual student or family who wants to have the freedom of living in a private home, or a parent or guardian who wants to live with a family member as he or she attends school, Zanoza has a home for you.
Zanoza Homes Are Special
Zanoza has many types of homes. Some homes have large square footage with multiple bedrooms and some homes are studio homes with only one bedroom. We have a home to meet your individual needs and desires.
Zanoza provides a completely furnished home: Beds. Chairs. Tables. Couches. Everything. You can even invite your friends over and convert some of the other furniture into actual beds.
Zanoza provides kitchen and dining supplies, a freezer and a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffeemaker. All you need to do is provide the drinks and food. There is even a barbecue outside at most homes for enjoying the weekends and evenings.
Zanoza provides a washing machine and dryer. You do not need to wash and dry clothes in a community laundry like at a college dormitory. You can do it in the comfort of your own home.
Zanoza provides a smart TV in every living area. Yes, each bedroom has a TV mounted on the wall. In other words, you can watch TV (even shows in your own language) and surf the internet. You can even hook your computer up to it and do your homework while lying in bed.
Zanoza has cameras installed in the back and the front of the home. Although our homes are located in safe areas, the cameras are provided for your safety to discourage problems.
Zanoza has smart locks. In other words, you don’t need to have a key to get into your home. You can simply open the lock from an app on your phone. No need to worry about losing your key or locking it inside. And no need to worry about somebody taking your key and trying to enter your home. If you don’t know the code, you can’t get in. Of course, if you forget the code, Zanoza can let you know and even remotely open it for you.
Zanoza has a maintenance team. If something in the home isn’t working right, you will have a number that you can call and a member of Zanoza will be over to fix it.
Zanoza has a landscaping crew. You don’t need to worry about the lovely plants around the house taking over. The landscape crew will keep them trimmed and beautiful.
Zanoza has a housekeeping crew. For an additional fee, the housekeeping crew can enter your home each week and clean it for you. Of course, you can do it on your own if you want. But the option to use our service is always available.
